Branch Manager Job Profile & Responsibilities

1. Require a result oriented Candidate (Should be well versed of Equity & Financial Markets) who is
responsible for managing the Branch Profitability, ensuring high quality service and Customer
Relationship Management.

2. Consistent Achievement of Monthly Targets: To ensure that the targets in terms of addition of
clients, Net Sales, All Financial Products Sales such as Demat accounts , Equity , Commodity,
Currency accounts. AUM collection Increase revenue from existing client through up sale / Cross Sell
& Activating inactive clients by reviewing their portfolios

3. Execution : Key Customer Relationship Management & supervision of all High Net Worth customer
programs, Client Acquisition, All Financial Product & To Foresee the execution of the planned
activity.

4. Recruitment of the Management Trainees : To undertake the activity to ensure that the targeted
management trainees are recruited.

5. Reporting : To report the review of all the activity undertaken for growth of the business

6. To Ensure service standards & Compliance & Complaints of the day to day activity

Terminal Operator for Equity \ Commodity \ Currency Markets

Male/ Female Graduates/ Post Graduates / MBAs – 5

* The candidate should have a minimum experience of 1 Year in Operating of Nse/ Bse / Currency/Commodity
Terminals and should have experience in the Capital Markets.
* Preference will be given to the candidates whose have cleared NISM \ NCFM examinations.

* Candidate should work with the clients and should execute trades of the clients on their behalf and
have to advice the client for his investments to create wealth for him and try to achieve his financial
goals.

Key Responsibilities :

* Know the markets with both technically and fundamentally

* Should use all tools such as data analysis to help client grow his wealth with expertise.

* Monitor Nse \ Bse and keep giving back up to client.

* Keep updating clients of his stocks movement.

* Execute client trades

* Activating inactive clients by reviewing their portfolios

* Acquire New Clients through references and sources.

Candidate should have experience in the same field and should have good communication skills with knowledge of Primary & Mutual Funds and other Wealth Management Products knowledge Preference will be given to the candidates whose have cleared NISM\NCFM examinations.

Job Profile

20% Responsible for attend clients visiting branches and on telephone with handling their queries
related to their dmat & trading accounts and guiding them with other products.

15% Follow up of Existing Customers for Debits & Credits & their pertaining to Dmat & Trading &
Mutual Funds(both active and inactive customers – through Customer Ownership Programme / Customer
Life Cycle Management

30% Banking Working – Pertaining to punching of cheques in the system, Dealing with Risk Management
System , Account Opening & Handling Applications of Various Products.

15% Coordinating with HO / Companies for the resolution of the complaints of the clients & Ensuring
TAT in handling emails, co-ordination with Regional & Corporate Offices and all other day-to-day
administrative activities.

10% Documentation and MIS report maintenance.

10% Business development.
